We are not a part of a large company, we are a couple who have been trying to sell our house to downsize for our retirement. Last year we hit on the idea that there must be thousands and thousands of others in a similar situation who might exchange, but we couldn’t find a website to help so we have started our own. It’s taken a long time but the result is cutting edge, our feeling was that a picture is worth a thousand words so our website and database allows people to upload pictures of their property and the millions on the internet to seeit. We are currently offering the use of our site for free as we believe that the more the merrier, later we may charge a small registration fee but it will always be small to encourage the use of the site.
